Clean, located next to a subway exit. Staff was friendly. The room was clean and the hotel libby and lounge areas were cery clean.

Very comfortable garden room with lovely bed and shower.
Great location,and the staff are extremely helpful, especially when I locked my self out of the in room safe!
We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

This hotel is right above a subway station and it is just 4 stops away from Kyoto Station. And, there are plenty of outlets for foods and convenient stores, supermarkets and pharmacies for everyday need. Lastly, it is in close proximity to quite a few places of interest.
