Very nice staff and laundry facility to wash our clothes! Really good Italian restaurant connected to this hotel! Many eateries all around and lots of bars too! Kid friendly and adult friendly! So many shops to shop in! The room is spotless! I love the shampoo and body wash products! Their face wash is amazing and face cream! Love the tea living room in the lobby area too! Good selection on tea’s!

This is a wonderful boutique-style hotel. Really appreciate the small steps to be more environmentally friendly. Very professional staff and well-kept facilities. We enjoyed our stay in Kyoto. The hotel had an authentic feel. It was a great location, close to transportation and a number of walkable locations. Pillows were very comfortable. They offer free activities a couple nights a week like Japanese calligraphy.
