outstanding and authentic experience

Booked "breakfast included" but made to pay for it
Posted 11 Aug 2015 on HotelsWe only stayed the one night. Was a nice enough hotel, a little dated, but a clean room and comfy beds. However when we checked in they slapped us with an extra charge for my son's breakfast. We booked 2 adults and 1 child (including breakfast), but they told us that the booking only included breakfast for my wife and I, and not my son. The reason they told us why was that there was some problem with the Hotels.com website. I showed them the booking printout and argued as much as I could, but my Japanese is limited. Anyway, it was a sour note on what could have been a great night's stay.

Pros: Very clean.
The restaurant was excellent.
Cons: Need wifi in the room
Location: It's not a convenient place if you don't have a car.
Not much things to do around the hotel
Hotel staff were very nice, friendly and helpfull.
We had a great time there.

朝食付きで、予約してましたが、近くに、飲食店が無く、ホテルの方に、食事出来る所を、丁寧に教えていただきましたが、なかなか遠く大変でした。ホテルレストランも予約なしでは、利用できず、仕方なくスーパーで惣菜を買って、たべました。 便利が悪いので、レストランで軽食だけでも出来たらと思います

位置的には少し町中から外れていましたが部屋もまずまずの広さで清潔に保たれていました。お食事もおいしかったです。又泊まりたいホテルのひとつです。

満足でした！
Posted 12 Aug 2019 on Hotels初めて泊まりました。古い建物なのでどんなのかと思いましたが、清潔で綺麗で良かったです。何よりも食事が和食で美味しく、器も美しくて大満足でした。、プールもあり子どもも喜んでいました。花火大会が近くであると当日聞いて、行きたいと思いましたが、お酒を飲んでしまって運転できず残念でした。もう少し早めに情報教えていただいていたらと少し悔しい思いでした。でもとても満足でした。
