I have just spent a month at the Ibis city centre Kyiv. The hotel and staff were excellent in very difficult circumstances. The hotel continued with dining facilities and laundry despite constant air raid alarms and power difficulties. How the staff keep such happy smiling faces with all that must be going on in their own lives is incredible. I cannot speak highly enough of all the staff and thank them for a wonderful stay in a wonderful country. I fully recommended the Ibis city centre to anyone staying in Kyiv.

Roof Terrace not open. Other hotels terraces open

Good staff and service. Good A/C. Quite noisy if you open windows. Close to bus stop, metro stop and botanical gardens. Overall 8/10 - good value based business hotel. Bar and restaurant very basic. Only reason I would not stay again is website still advertises roof terrace. It is NOT open. That was first reason I stayed there.
