Friendly and accommodating.
Posted 3 Aug 2024 on HotelsAmazingly friendly and helpful staff. The bathrooms are recently updated, but the rooms are a bit dated. Bed was comfortable and clean. I would definitely book again. The location is gorgeous and was perfect for me.

The hotel was clean and comfortable with great service. The rooms are a bit small for 4 people but the kids said the sofa bed was comfortable. The food was great for breakfast and dinner but the options did not change the nights we visited. It is within a hour of a lot of local attractions and found out that the Olympic torch was lit at that location twice. The pool and hotel grounds are great for kids. They have sports and a play ground that includes a zip line. They also have electric car connections for a reasonable rate if you need them. Overall a very nice hotel.

Nice, exclusive and unique hotel with swimming pool, great breakfasts (also for vegetarians), clean rooms, very good quality of bathroom cosmetics, minibar.
Small minus for lack of closet and even little table.

The checkout time is actually 11:00, Not 12:00 as stated on Orbitz. If you want to take a sauna, make sure you ask the staff to turn in on.
