We didn’t stay much in the hotel , the area was good, it took us around 15 to 20 minuets to everywhere, AC in rooms was hot and in hall very cold

Not a Nice hotel

Pros: Nothing
Cons: They have to revamp the whole hotel
Location: Did not go out much as was on a business trip.
Not a nice hotel to stay. Very bad experience. Do not want to comment anymore.

Nice hotel, close to shopping

Pros: Clean room! Nice shower, great pressure and hot water. Check IN was great! Great hotel in the lobby, best cups of tea I've had in 21years of travel!
Cons: Attitude of check OUT personnel.
Location: In downtown, shopping nearby!
Lied about there being a shuttle from the airport. A knowingly BLATANT lie! "Oh that's only for companies." I picked it b/c it was the ONE hotel with this feature. Should have known better.
ALSO lied about the checkout time on the internet; it said 3pm. But the desk attendant YELLED at me, TWICE when i checked out "late" according to him b/c "the checkout time is 12oclock." 1.) that's not what it said on the internet, 2.) Then CALL the room and ask/ notify someone if there seems to be a problem. And either way, WHAT DOES YELLING AT ME ACCOMPLISH??????
Here's an idea: STOP LYING TO PEOPLE!!!
