Beautiful relaxing luxurious

I had a Hokkaido soft serve ice cream cone that will haunt me for the rest of my life ;) the staff were unbelievably responsive, and extremely friendly and patient with my six year old daughter. The onsen was beautiful and relaxing. We stayed off season the first two weeks of June and the place was empty - we had it to ourselves.

The experience was superb! The staff is super helpful. But I strongly recommend driving. The area is quite a bit far from the central.

Posted 8 Apr 2024 on HotelsAs a family, we travel A LOT and I can honestly say, this was possibly the best hotel stay we have ever had. The facilities are flawless, the amenities are generous, and the staff is relentlessly helpful and kind. The location couldn’t be more convenient for a one stop ski in/ski out situation. With gear rental and lessons booked from the lower level, it couldn’t be easier to show up and have a wonderful snow holiday. My partner was injured on our last day on the slopes and the staff arranged transport to the hospital and sent a staff member to translate; we can’t thank them enough for making sure our stay was perfect…even when it wasn’t.
