Great place to stay. Need first stop on Grand hirafu bus line. Rooms are big. Have a washer dryer combo in the room. Have a nice little kitchen area. Staff was great. They were super helpful and kind. Will definitely stay again when I return.

Great location, service; cheap furnishings
Posted 13 Jan 2022 on HotelsGreat location. Easy/fast access to lifts by shuttle bus. Building and facilities are new and in good condition. Staff are very helpful and attentive. Furnishings, unfortunately, are not quite up to the standard of the building: a bit cheap and spartan for the price. I expected better. The beds have a cushion on top of the mattress that slides around as you sleep. Not comfortable. Also, the “double beds” are, in fact, singles pushed together. This was also disappointing for the price. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and appreciated the service, but with so many accommodation options nearby, we would look for a place with a better standard of furnishings and bedding.

Summer vacation in Niseko

Staff was very friendly and they are very helpful. Also their response were very quick and we appreciate their service a lot (pick up / drop off service were arranged on spot and it was comfortable)
Ski drying room were a little difficult to find.... so maybe their sign can improve a little.
