The dishes from the previous time was still in the dishwasher and clearly it was in there for a long time, even the dirt was growing. We had no water in the kitchen as the maintenance guys did not open the valve after they replaced the washing machine. There were no pots and hardly any cooking utensils,...

"The place is hard to find. Except for the name of street, they didn't give any other reference. When I finally get there, there's no one at the reception for me. The guardians ended up calling the manager who was rude on the phone and said I said I should have called before stopping by, which is completely insane!"

"I booked ocean view suite but got city view so was a bit disappointed. And i was there while they hosted a number of VIPs so there was a lot of police, military and so on. And guests were being cautioned on not wearing very revealing clothes. I guess it wasnt the establishment's choice but yeah it was quite frustrating. The staff were amazing. Food, not so much"

"Close to the airport and free 24-hour shuttle service. Lots of very friendly and helpful staff. Deluxe room includes free breakfast buffet with extensive choices and cooked-to-order eggs. Free wi-fi. There are meeting rooms and exercise equipment on site, though we used neither. "
