"We have stayed at Hard Rock for a number of years., We are in our 70s now and find your access to the pool area becoming impossible for us to manage the steps. Hundreds of people go to the pool area. And there is a door on that level but behind that door is a gym. I have only ever seen max 3-4 people there at a time. Older people need access through those Gyn doors. 16 steps is just too many yo go up and down maybe 2_3 times a day maybe more. "

"This property is very beautiful, clean, and convenient to shopping and sightseeing. The breakfast buffet is wide ranging and well done. The staff was very accommodating and always asking if I needed anything. Very good price for this level of comfort in this area! Will stay here again!"

"We have stayed at Hard Rock for a number of years., We are in our 70s now and find your access to the pool area becoming impossible for us to manage the steps. Amazing find.

"This hotel is a great find, it’s on the beach and very conveniently located in the centre of Kuta and right next door to a big shopping mall. All of the staff were welcoming and friendly. The hotel has great facilities, albeit the pool could do with a tidy up and good clean. We are in the steak restaurant which was really good and the breakfast selection is one of the best I’ve seen in terms of variation and quality. We only stayed one night before our flight but wish we’d stayed longer. "
