Staff where amazing, especially at stark craft beer bar.
Negatives
Still under construction so jack hammers going during day.
Turn bathroom light on it lights up room. As barhroom glass.
Hard to find room lights, behind bed side table.
Pool not really clean a green colour.
Positives.
Staff very nice.
Room very comfortable.
Clean and serviced every day.

Ac was not working then i moved to another room

This is my second stay here. As my flight out is late, I choose to book a room for the night even though I leave early evening to go to the airport.
I got an updated room, it was great! Has everything you want, not lux but comfortable.
The reception staff are great and the on site restaurant is really nice. Roof top pool gives views to the airport.
The location is brilliant, nice walk to Discovery Mall and plenty of great restaurants nearby.
I would definitely stay again but for more nights.
Something about the area I really like, not crazy traffic like further up the coast,

Great service, wonderful buffet breakfast, room slippers, toiletries, manifold dining options within 200 metres of the peroperty, easy access to convenience stores to buy drinking water etc.
There's no view from any of the rooms we stayed. One of the 2 rooms we had lacked a closet or anywhere to hang any clothes which was a real issue.

Property and room was very clean. Staff was nice and courteous. But the room was very small and when we opened the curtain we only saw the narrow side of the building looking like a deep pit. So we just closed the curtains. So a big thumbs down for that. Otherwise the room was very clean and we had a nice hot shower and enjoyed the free welcome drinks.

We stayed until yesterday. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but on the first day they gave me a room that I had not paid for. In addition, we had two rooms reserved and we bought some items, but oh surprise, when we spoke with the other people we were traveling with, they told us that they were They had lost some of the purchases they had made and I told them that I had lost the same items that we had bought (women's underwear) we were outraged since they stole our underwear, just from us women. In this case, who is responsible if one does not notice the hotel and trust its staff? So I leave you a piece of advice: always check your belongings and don't trust people who seem to be good.

I didn't like the old wing of hotel..
But was moved to new section, which was great thanks 🙏.
The breakfast area needs new Toaster.
Only half of one toastng slots worked .
Totally unexptable..

Beautiful Hotel with nice rooms, lounge, restaurant and great customer service! Very relaxed place with good food & drinks and beautiful roof top pool / spa to enjoy! All very much worth it!
