Liked the service people breakfasts is veru good, the pool is beautifull, the gardens as well, however my AC broke, the bathroom fam didnt work, the cold water faucet leaked water evry time it was used, there arent ANY towel bars.
My first dimner was so salty i coukf not eat at all, the fuul bowl went back, they charged me!
When i requested a teapot with hot water, they charged me, but not at breakfast !!
There were chikdren screaming in the hallway late at night, people having loud conversstion late in the evening.
The location is good for shoping andfrequenting restaurants. Traffic in the area is horrendous! One evening the taxi driver told me it would be better to walk to my hotel ss it will probably take over an hour to clear up, my hotel was 100m up the street, so yes nast, dusty noisy area!

Resort is a bit dated, needs bathroom upgrades. Had renovation work above our room, staff relocated us without fuss. Next room was also very noisy from bars and traffic, wasn’t terrible so didn’t request another room move. Staff very helpful, breakfast okay. Pricing generally as per Australian prices.

Excellent property, be sure to have some sort of windbreaker, it can get pretty windy sometimes.

This was our first stay at the Ramayana. We had a huge room (50 sqm) which was laid out well. One issue we had was the hallway light shining into our room at night through a floor to ceiling narrow window so we couldnt make the room completely dark. The buffet breakfast had so many choices and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The pool was stunning and the gardens were beautiful too. We would recommend this resort 🙂

Stayed in a 1 bedroom suite, loved the complimentary afternoon tea and choice of breakfast location, suite was spacious and had a full size fridge which was handy for food and beverage shopping, staff were always happy to help with any questions and grounds were imaculate, spa onsite was also amazing, would return in a heartbeat
