This property has been a favourite for many years. However, upon our arrival, we encountered a delay in accessing our room as it was not yet ready by 2 pm. Meanwhile, we were informed that we would be upgraded to a villa located on the other side of the property. It appeared that there was a possibility that our cottage had been requested for an extended booking beyond the 3 days we had initially reserved.
A minor problem.
Aside from this, we had a pleasant three days and enjoyed dinners at Envy and Anvaya.
The staff are always great especially Putu who has worked there for many years..she is probably the reason many people keep coming back.

Great place to stay close to the airport, beach and stroll to Kuta Along the boardwalk. We were upgraded to a room With its own pool, which was lovely. The swim bar and cocktails were great!

This is a jewel of a hotel.
Such beautiful gardens, spacious and calm. Lovely cool room with quiet aircon. Great breakfast, beautiful dining area and of course pool area. Very highly recommended.

Lovely hotel, with nice Balinese style design. We enjoyed the great, deep pool with swim up bar. Staff were really nice. The lady on site had good deals on activities. Nearby beach is just ok. Would happily have stayed for longer. Nearby waterbom was fab.

We stayed here just one night, but we were pleasantly surprised by the super-friendly staff and excellent breakfast! We will definitely suggest this to friends.

This is a lovely property with good, clean facilities. Located in a preferred area, a short walk to the beach, shops and warungs. Lush grounds with expansive pool, including children’s wading. Scrumptious meals, snacks and expansive breakfast buffet. Attentive warm friendly staff make this hotel an outstanding choice.

If you happen to need a hotel that is close to airport before your morning flight this is the one. Hotel is in a very nice location, breakfast was good and for dinner there are multiple options within a walk.
