Staff were fantastic. Location is poor but that’s on me. I knew where it was when I booked it. Area around the hotel lacked much of anything and with the run down property we opted to abandon our stay there and book another hotel in a better spot.

I stayed here with my 3 children and myself. The staff were beautiful so helpful. My children loved the pool area they loved to feed the fish and turtles. We would just step out side and catch a cab or walk down the road to the markets. Will definitely stay here again.

Our suite was lovely and conveniently situated by the pool on the main floor. Reception staff was Excellent. Very attentive and helpful with booking Grab for transportation.

We had a terrible holiday in the hotel, around the pool the drainage was broken and my daughter’s foot got stuck into that broken one, unfortunately it ripped her toe nail off. We had to go to the hospital to have an operation and get it removed. Upon arrival I was given two rooms with no windows ( was not advertised that they have no windows) which was the first shock, negotiated with the manager who refused completely to offer anything eventhough it’s clearly their fault.( falsely advertised) Had a meeting with Sale Director who offered a King queen room ( only has two twin beds) I was offered a rollaway bed. Mind you my family is 6 people I had to squeeze in this room to move on with our holiday( no money difference was offered to us at all, when I asked for money difference I was told this room is a better room than the standard triple room( please note I paid for two rooms which is definately higher than the room they gave me) What I was really surprised with , at the time of the pool incident they left us there ( daughter was bleeding) they got a lot of workers to change all the broken drains around the pool. During the stay they were a lot of organised student groups who were very noisy and disrespectful ( taking videos of us, knocking the door in the early morning and night and running away) Locals were also taking our stuff from our terrace , using our terrace to sit and smoke at our chairs outside. No cereal for kids except under 4y (find it very weird)

Generally ok. Let down by area, had to pay for the airport shuttle (I’m sure I read if you spend over $250 it’s free!), no local within 5km radius shuttle as advertised, beach shuttle only and when I asked to use it ‘there was no driver so it’s not going’ room was ok. Smelt a bit musty when we first walked in, then air conditioner stopped working and only circulated room air. Pool ok. Area around pool not great. No room to move about. Majority of staff amazing and very helpful. You get what you pay for I guess. Cheap enough.
