Out dated rooms and design, personal pool was a little dirty lots of ants on day beds. Refill water you need to pay for. Construction on property was going on. I would not stay here again

Really enjoyed our stay and the pool. Would've liked to have the TV working.

Bad value for money
Posted 30 Aug 2019 on HotelsGenerally speaking the hotel is ok however for price/quality I think is overpriced. The rooms have no curtains so the sunlight get into the room at 6:30 am. Breakfast is very simple and very small portions. Another negative point is that you can hear everything from one villa to the next one. Furthermore the staff speaks very load since 8 am. So if you want privacy and be in a quiet place, this is not the best place.

Thank you for your comments Juan. I am sorry to hear you were disappointed with your stay with us. It is unfortunate to hear your complaints now that you are already gone. I always hope you will let us know any issue while you are staying here in order that we can solve the problem.
I would like to address a few of your comments.
1. The windows in our rooms are in fact covered with curtains. Only these naturally designed bungalows have small windows on the top level with cloudy (ice) windows. Therefor they are not designed to have a curtain.
2. The noise level is felt louder in our Bungalows, as stated before these are natural and traditional style bungalows that are not built from cement and are therefor not soundproof. We offer other room types that are more standard and very sound proof.
3. I am surprised to hear you felt breakfast was small portions, while we proved a full main dish with a side of fruits, fresh juice, and specialty coffee or tea.
I am sorry to hear you were not satisfied and I will take into account noise from staff.

Very friendly and very comfortable, quiet location.
Easy walk to town with lots of shops and restaurants on the way.

Great Place!!!
Posted 20 Aug 2018 on HotelsBeautiful place and the staff was amazing! We had a bit of an issue with the booking and the owner personally found us to make it right on her end. The breakfast was great - and healthy options! Great location to enjoy the Kuta nightlife, but better to arrange transportation elsewhere as the mark up from the venue is expensive. All in all - great place and we plan to be back!!!

Amazing stay in Lombok

Pros: Friendly staff, close to downtown Lombok and its restaurants. Amazing villa.
Cons: Cheaper transport to and from locations
Location: Plenty of restaurants, 5 minute taxi/scooter to amazing beaches
We stayed in the Rear Villas. What a set-up with a beautiful private pool, 2 large rooms and an amazing sitting and dining area... They even lit our fire pit for us. What a treat the stay was...

Very nice stay, needs more generous breakfast
Posted 6 Jun 2018 on HotelsGreat-looking cozy hotel, a few minutes walk to Kuta's main streets. Boutiquey, with only a few rooms, it felt quite private. We stayed in a deluxe studio, which was huge and had a semi-outdoor bathroom, nice design and comfy bed. Helpful tips and maps are provided, along with suggestions on what to see and where to eat, go shopping, etc. Scooters can also be rented. The only downside was the bathroom cleanliness, I think it should be cleaned more often especially between guests' stays, the sinks showed no signs of being cleaned before or while we were there. Breakfast was okay but limited to one item on the menu - as no toast was included in the omelette option, we ordered it separately and paid extra for it, a bit of an overcharge by Indonesian standards.

Overpriced
