The Manager was so good about our feedback and gave us a refund and apologised. We had a bungalow with paper thin walls and the Airconditioning was not keeping up with the heat outside. Plus we had a mob of polish peeps that decided at 12 midnight they would carry on around the pool area until 2:30am getting drunk and talking yelling at each other with no respect for anyone else!

The property was stunning. Unfortunately when we stayed a lot of the surrounding shops/restaurants etc were closed due to the covid impact

It was like a home away from home. Everyone was really helpful and the villas were beautiful and clean!

Great place to stay

Mick the owner is very friendly and helpful. He will arrange airport pick up which is well worth the 150000rp to avoid the hassle of airport taxi's. The villa is great for two couples or a family. Good location a few minutes walk to the beach and Kuta nightlife. The rooms are comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need including a fabulous fridge/freezer. The only negative for sun worshippers is that there are no sun loungers due to lack of space around the pool

Location is excellent. Mick is helpful and attentive. Villas are new but decor is so-so. Bed and linen is comfortable. Overall good experience. Walk in anyway and within a few minutes good restaurants and everything is handy.

The Villa was presentable, but looked like it had just missed the finishing touches. Location was good, with lots in walking distance. Was a problem with some local cats early in the morning. House keeping was a let down, there was none. We didn’t expect clean linen and towels daily, but having to ask after day 4 was a joke. Not to mention having to ask for more toilet paper. Very poor. There is no reception at check in and often no staff around at all if you need anything. On arrival we were told that payment needed to be made in cash, credit cards not accepted. They it was very hard to get a receipt for the payment. One a whole there is a lot of improvements needed to bring this place up standard, even Bali standard.

細い道沿いにあるので、タクシーがなかなかホテルまで行ってくれませんでした。 オーナーは気さくな方でした。
