The property is in a excellent location, excellent. For the price that we pay 13 USD we can’t expect luxury, so it was good, but for people that are looking for a nice experience in Bali including nice place to stay, this is not your place.
The staffs were amazing friendly

Disappointing
Posted 11 Mar 2019 on HotelsExcellent location, right in the middle of Kuta. Close to beach, shops, restaurants. I was disappointed by my room though. The air conditioner didn't work very well so I couldn't cool down as I had wanted to as I waited for my night flight. And the hot water in the shower wasn't hot. My fridge was also leaking when I got inside my room. The staff were apologetic and quick to clean it up but it wasn't a very good welcome to my stay. Also, the water jug provided with two glasses was basically empty. I'm glad I was only staying there for a couple of hours because I would have been quite disappointed if I had been spending the night there.

overall room condition is horrible, nothing acceptable, few dead cockroaches were found inside room.

As this is a cheaper hotel, I can't complain about the price. However, the pool area and building are in poor condition. the beds were clean, but the hotel photos are very misleading about the bathroom conditions. On the pictures, there are upgraded bathroom photos when in fact the bathrooms are not on the second floor. The staff was lovely but our room had dead cockroaches in it and was not cleaned the next day just swept to a corner, the fridge was full of water? the standard room is so small there is no way they should let 2 people sleep there in that room. The breakfast was very basic, omlette with no vegs just egg. So I suppose this is what you get for a budget hotel.
