parking is too far from the hotel and the staff not friendly enough and the food was terible

Location is okay ,swimming pool and dining area are good , fantastic service, rooms are clean and spacious, however showers need to be update , as well as telephones , the one in my room wasn't working

The staff was very nice. Their problem solving skills sucked. They would re-use the towels and when we did ask for new ones they smelled. Breakfast was not that great but it was $7 USD. They did not Give us toilet paper after the first day of arrival. It was great to wake up to pretty birds chirping. WiFi sucked.

Everything is just fine in this hotel . Excellent service, friendly staff, perfect room cleaning service , laundry etc . The only thing I can complain about is the fact that some guests left food trash by the swimming pool and nobody from the hotel looks to notice it, this happened in two different occasion

Staying at Harris Hotel - Sunset Road.

Pros: Away from rowdy crowds, yet central to everything.
Friendly, helpful staff.
Spotlessly clean. Yummy breakfasts.
The welcome.
Cons: My problem - not everyone's!. I have severe Rheumatoid Arthritis - and replaced knees. The steps in the pool are too high - I could not get out.
Location: Lovely shopping mall close by.
Lovely, interesting local walks.
Open dining just out of the hotel.
Concierge staff will book trips anywhere.
Terrific staff, spotless presentation, delicious breakfasts, and room service. Lovely pool area.
Just perfect! We will be back.

Pleasant stay the only thing is the location.Have to book for transportation to walk around.Walking distance to Carrefour,that one thing is good.

Facilities are great, but the room was a let down.
Posted 2 Nov 2016 on WotifPerhaps it was just the room I was in, but my safe and fridge didn't work. There was a small kitchenette, but no cutlery or crockery to use. The bathroom flooded when I showered each time.

Friendly staff but not very knowledable

Cons: Everything
Location: Out of the way nothing near it
Very poor service no money exchange food was cold drinks were warm
