"The overall experience was OK, but there were several elements missing and some miscommunications that ended up affecting our stay. Now, I know that this is out of the control of the hotel, but there are frequent power cuts in Kuta Lombok and this led to very very annoying Wifi drops, as well as shutdown of the air conditioning in the room.
