Every thing was great. Starting from the staff, the amenities, the pool, the food and of course the rooms. Check in was earlier than advertised which is perfect. Location is very good and near markets, malls and Waterbom. Breakfast was delicious and versatile with 2 different restaurants serving the breakfast.
The only point I was bothered by is having male employees cleaning women's bathrooms. It was uncomfortable for my wife. Other than that, Bali Dynasty will be our destination next time we are in Bali.

Pools are on the small side for the capacity of the hotel and renovation noises were ridiculous

Very good for kids. Restaurants are close by. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The Dynasty was comfortable to stay at and the kids had a blast!!

Great for the children, staff very friendly, good place to go on holiday.
I was offered a upgrade but already settled in our room so declined
