we booked this as it had 2 bedrooms, the staff were all really nice and helpful.
the surrounding areas was good. the full loft style was a bit much getting up and down all the stairs with a 2 year old.

I loved my room! It was an awesome experience having a private pool and the loft style with 2 floors! Loved it! I slept well in the bed and loved the tub and shower. It was a little noisy but if I was in my room with the air on it was fine! I had my ear plugs when I was downstairs in the pool or lying around in the living room. I totally enjoyed the staff and great customer service! I will be back!

Absolutely loved staying here on our last night in Bali. We had a suite/ villa with our own pool. The room and amenities provided were amazing we literally had everything we needed. They staff were very friendly and helpful with anything needed. We even had the pleasure of meeting the owner who was extremely nice and welcoming as well. 10/10 must stay here. We will definitely be coming back and staying more nights next time! Thank you to the family at 18 suite villa loft in Kuta!

Everything was very good, especially the food! I have only one complaint: the sign to request room cleaning was made of wood. We placed it on the door, and before we closed the door, the sign fell and broke because it was made of wood. They made us pay for the sign, which I didn't think was fair!

On the surface, the property is gorgeous. A private pool, stunning tiles, cute kitchenette, massive bathtub. The staff were lovely but the condition of the hotel when you look deeper is unacceptable.
- The ceilings were covered in mould, the worst being in the shower.
- Want to sleep in on your vacation? Nope, they started playing music at 8am one morning and other mornings they had maintenance workers working on the roof and wall of my room.
- After the cleaners mopped the bathroom floor on the first night, there were about 9 little pink warms squirming around on the floor. I’m concerned they were parasites.
- We had the aircon on at 18 degrees the entire 5 nights that we stayed there and not once did the temperature in the room get below 24 degrees.
- I had to ask the reception 3 times for toilet paper as the housekeepers didn’t replace it the entire stay.
- No hand towels or face cloths were present.
- The roof in the bathroom leaked when it rained resulting in a puddle on the floor the majority of our stay.

The staff were great and the property was great and has the potential to be amazing, the only thing holding the property back is the cleaning, very poor cleaning, the bed sheets and comforter had stains on the them , toilets looks likes they were not cleaned. The management needs to focus on cleaning the rooms better and that would make it one of the best spots in Bali to stay , other then it not being clean it was amazing the room setup and staff were amazing. Thank you to the staff for a great job .

We had a terrible experience at the hotel. We stayed in a Villa. The bathroom was dirty and very narrow, the taps were falling off, the room was dark with insufficient lighting, and the swimming pool was filthy. There was no wardrobe in the room, so we had to put other bags and clothes on the floor.
Breakfast was served cold daily, and there was a total of oil, which was disgusting. It was a horrible experience that ruined our holiday in Kuta. I would not recommend this place to anyone, even if they offer it for free.
Very disappointing. Waste of money and holiday.

The rooms with pool are very beautiful, a good size and there are very nice decor touches here and there. Staff was friendly and very helpful with requests. This hotel has great potential but needs to be better managed.
Overall the hotel seems to be a bit run down. Cleaning needs to be taken seriously, rooms included. The water of the pool was dirty, and the pool walls and steps looked greenish. Did not dare to go in. We had no towels to clean hands - just bath towels. Breakfast was frankly a disappointment and ended up having to eat elsewhere.

Worst experience ever. I booked this property for 3 nights but I just stay for only 2 because it was not worth at all and I don’t want to spoil my holidays. So, I booked one hotel at a distance for one night which cost me extra money just because of the bad service of the hotel. The villa was horrible with no aircon at ground floor and due to extreme heat we couldn’t even use the private pool once. Staff was not at all cooperative. Food was horrible , ants crawling near the spoons and food containers. The cat is running through to your legs and tables. Surrounding was horrible. The dirtiest place and didn’t feel like a clean place at all. When I ask to speak with manager and staff said he’s in meeting and won’t be available to talk over the phone. I ask for a refund for one night and they were not ready to entertain at all. HORRIBLE. It was just like a bad dream. If you don’t want to spoil your holidays, please don’t go to this hotel at all. Waste of money.

I had a late flight arrival into Bali. After traveling 2 hours I did not want to travel another hour and a half to Ubud (where I would be spending majority of my vacation) so I opted for this hotel based on social media videos and the close proximity to the airport. When I got to the hotel it was around 2 am. It did not look as glamorous as the videos online but I was tired and there for a short time so at first I was like whatever; I just need to shower n sleep. However when i got to the room I knew that was not going to happen. The shower was dirty, the bathtub was dirty and while sitting in the living room area I saw a mouse. That was the final straw! I went to the front desk with my videos of not only the condition of the room l, but the uninvited guest and requested a refund . The man at the reception desk stated that he could not authorize a refund but the manager would be in at 9 and he would be the person to make the decision. In the meantime, I was placed in another room which was just as dirty as the first. I couldn’t sleep and refused to even take off my clothes. Finally 9 am came and i was able to speak with the manager. In all fairness he was a complete gentleman. After reviewing my videos he was super apologetic and authorized a complete refund for my stay. Not the best way to start off my birthday trip but lesson learned

The accommodation was large and spacious 3 story townhouse. Much bigger and better for a family than a cramped hotel room. The accommodation is a luxury hotel that is showing wear and tear. The breakfast was also substandard to all the other places we stayed in Bali. But other than those two issues, a solid and spacious stay for a family.

I had a wonderful stay at 18 Suite Villa Loft by AMITHYA. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. The location is fantastic, with plenty of walkable attractions around, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it!
