Loved our stay. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Best hotel breakfast have had all year. Easy access to river walk and to dining areas on the other side of the river

Very good service at this hotel. Liked the guest lounge with complimentary drinks and food. The breakfast set choice was exceptionally good. We would definitely stay at this hotel again when in Kushiro.

We had an excellent stay. The included breakfast was huge and very filling. They offered complimentary wine and food in the lobby in the evenings. It was an easy walk into the main stretch of the city centre where there were restaurants and shops

I loved being right on the Kushiro river. The staff was incredibly helpful and room was perfect for me.
