What a fabulous hotel…
Posted 16 Jun 2023 on HotelsWhat a fabulous hotel… All Inclusive, plenty of food options with great variety, spacious, and very clean. They take very good care of the hotel and all the facilities offered. Our room had a wonderful view of the ocean/beach. Staff are very friendly and attentive. The hotel had great night events, including one night with a DJ and alien out of this world decorations, which were enjoyed by all ages. They make you feel very comfortable. Easy to get around from the hotel, taxis are available outside the front of the hotel and can get you into Kusadasi in 10 minutes. Will definitely book again.

Great family hotel

Family friendly
Posted 5 Jul 2019 on HotelsFamily friendly resort. A lot of good food. Perfect sea view and many swimming pools. Live music and activities until midnight close to local market and port. We had a good time. But, Front desk not as Professional As I was expecting for 5 star hotel.

On the water - food and drinks. Room was very nice and had a view of the water.

No pride in their work or care. Charged for room safe use. Quality and hygiene not up to standard.

Nice Beach, horrible food
Posted 21 Aug 2018 on OrbitzI chose this hotel due to its beautiful beach, but I was really disappointed with the service quality.
The most of the staff work long hours and the food was absolutely terrible for the price. They use the worst quality ingredients which is not acceptable for the price they charge.
Also, they only gave 1 key for even big families, so you have to constantly plan for going to your room with the rest of your group.
Lastly, you can only get fresh pool towels in a 2 hour time frame per day, if you miss that, you simply have to use your old dirty towel.
