Large suite- is this where they filmed Scarface? Sizeable room , but air conditioner wasn't working on arrival, and most of the locks ondoors to outside were NOT working; room service menu was limited to a cheeseburger

Very poor condition, food was absolutly old and bad taste, we were group of 10 and no one happy only explanation from them was thisi is off season we know it is bad.

Although hotel has 5 star the facilities not enough and bad. Foods are also terrible. It has no entertainment activity. All days boring. If you want to stay a 5 star hotel find a another one.

We booked this hotel as part of our honeymoon as it advertised as Adult only. Once we arrived the hotel we soon found out that is definitely not the case. Hotel had good concept at the beginning but clearly shows that they didn't make any money. Hotel supposably only few years old but their poor maintanance is already showing. The lack luster meals and simple stuff like not having coke available shows that the place is struggling. They can not even maintain clean common areas like elevators or able to properly clean rooms is very concerning. If you are looking for bunch of kids yelling, jumping in and out of pool not worried about cleanliness or care of having a decent meal this place might be just the place for you.
