Had to book an alternative hotel as the conditions were horrible. Definitely not what was described or anything like the photos on Expedia. The hotel room was dirty, plugs hanging from the walls, the mirrors were broken and there were water stains on the walls. The staff were not helpful at all. Plus, I booked an all inclusive stay at this hotel and It is definitely not an all inclusive hotel! So disappointing, it took a full day of my vacation away.

Extended our stay !
Posted 13 Nov 2022 on HotelsAmazing stay at this hotel. Front desk lady who spoke English was really helpful and nice. Excellent customer service also in the dining room. There was someone there to attend to any need. Very clean, amazing rooms, thermal bath was great. Can’t say enough good things. Highly recommend.

Bis zur Stadt Kuşadası war es eine ganz schöne Strecke ca30 min mit dem Auto. Das Hotel an sich ist gut bis auf unserer Badezimmer war es sauber. Unser Fenster ging nach vorne raus, das heißt es war laut weil dort der Pool und Aufenthalt für die Hotelgäste war. Laute Musik und Mikrofon Unterhaltung für die Hotel Gäste. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich. Wir waren 2 Tage da und im Großen und Ganzen waren wir zufrieden
