Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The rooms were modest and clean. Breakfast was good, and the beach was an easy walking distance away. We felt welcome as soon as we arrived. The staff were absolutely wonderful! Thank you!

The room smelled like smoke, the bed was very flat and the air conditioning took a while figure out. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We were happy to host you, but why didn't you tell us about this situation while you were in your room?We would intervene immediately. We do not deliver any of our rooms in that way. Our aim is to gain guests, not sell rooms.

The staff was amazing. It’s very close to downtown Kusadasi. Great for the price.

Small but clean rooms, comfy bed, nice balcony. Bathroom simple but with everything what you need. People nice and polite. Breakfast VERY GOOD! Parking was always solved by the owners. Area full with eating options. Harbour and ferry 15-20 mins walk through streets with shops and shops. We had a great stay, THANK YOU.

Room not cleaned asked to clean room and fresh towels still not cleaned

No information was given for cleaning, we did not have the opportunity to do this because you were always in the room during the day because you were drunk.Otherwise, why not do the cleaning?

Central location friendly budget hotel next to bes
Posted 13 May 2024 on HotelsGreat hotel next to an amazing restaurant I got a 5th floor balcony room they were very friendly. Only problem I was freezing cold there were no extra blankets so not much sleep plus mattress was hard and I have a sore back. Please provide blankets for guests please.

The staff are so accommodating and provide very good service. The location is excellent. Very nice breakfast with many tea and coffee.

Very nice budget hotel with amazing staff, very helpful, very friendly. Hotel located in city centre, with walking distance to promenade ... lots of shops and restaurants around. Finding parking place could be challenging, so contact hotel staff to arrange this in advance.

Old style but clean, lift to all floors, very central, perfect for a couple of days, parking on the road outside, very helpful staff
