Excellent stay
Posted 24 Jul 2024 on HotelsI like this hotel. This is my 4 staying in the hotel. My room amazing with sea view. Excellent staff always smile and helpful.
I advise everyone to stay in the hotel when his next visit to kusadasi.
Also tasty food in the restaurant. The breakfast menu is great and everything is available.

It better say 3 star hotel
Posted 20 Jun 2024 on HotelsYou can't consider putting two twins bed as one king size bed. I dialed 0 or 555 but didn't dialed. I told receptionist. He called my room then he said phone is working. But it wasn't working from room to reception. Both phone. No fan in the bathroom. Made a trip to spa no one there. Blankets are so thin. no conditioner in the shower. Just combination of body wash and shampoo. Poor quality of dinner buffet. There is a club across the street open till 4 am . Hard to sleep with the sound of the music club. Must have sound proof windows.

In such cases, the situation is solved as soon as possible by people who are experts in their field. For example, in a telephone mishap, the technical team tries to solve the situation. Our rooms are standard in their own class and the design in the bathroom is the same. Due to the hygienic situation, creams are cartridge and are checked. Dinner is an open buffet with multiple options available. It is therefore not possible for all meals to be of poor quality. The hotel cannot be held responsible for any noise coming from outside the hotel. In line with this information, we ask you to completely change or delete your comment. Kindly be advised.

Very mixed
Posted 9 Jun 2024 on HotelsThe view was wonderful. The room staff cleaned / tidied well. Excellent breakfast buffet. The seafood restaurant was very good and staff friendly.
The reception staff were dismissive, slow, disorganised, unhelpful and in-smiley. I was asked to return twice to book an extra night. On the 3rd try I was assured that it was booked only to receive a phone call on the original check out day asking me to check out.
The morning of my actual check out, 2 different reception staff were on duty- smiley, quick & efficient.

I think buffet dining option is poor. You need to have more Turkish food ( sulu Yemek) . Also for evening buffet is very expensive, it doesn't worth £28 not including drink.
