Building was very charming and historical. Beautiful pool area to lounge at. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. Lots of choices and ate out on the patio.

As a traveler, It is the worst hotel we ever stayed. The staff is very rude. And the rooms. Don't expect anything there. It was very dirty and smelly. There was no bed sheets. No hot water for shower. The hotel condition very bad and ugly. We booked room for 2 nights. After first night we check out and asked for refund. First hotel never picked up call. After 1 months waiting they said they will not give refund for 2nd night. Don't ever book this even by mistake

Very old traditional hotel. Plumbing in this hotel is disaster. Leaks in the shower, and around toilet. Breakfast is included and it is buffet. If you arrive early you will have nice breakfast if you arrive late not so good. They don’t refill their serving plates. What ever they serve that’s it. We had dinner which is buffet also. It is 100 Turkish lira per person. Waiter refuse the card, he was very rude and asked for cash only. He just put the cash in his packet. Hotel across of street has live music every night until 1 am. You will hear it like it is in your room. The only good thing is location. We walked a lot so it took 20 minutes to the carsi and some very nice beaches. I hope this was helpful 🙏

Only that is likable is the distance view of the architecture from far away, from a distance. Once you get close and near to the building, you will be disappointed by the condition and malfunctioning of the doors of the rooms. Many doors to the rooms do not close or even open when you need to open. I was able to stay a very long time before the Expedia reservation. Only reason I chose to stay here was due to a mutual contact with the manager of the hotel. He is personable, social, and friendly. Beds are new and comfortable. Unfortunately, cleaning was extremely disappointing. Despite returning to stay in the same room days later, the dead fly was still stuck on the wall. It is disgusting and unbelievable housekeeping was not able to remove it from the wall. It was visible unless she was blind! What is more is, it is actually right above the head space of the bed. I stayed at several different rooms. Once, there was a used face mask forgotten hanging from the mirror of the make up desk. 2 of the rooms had a dripping AC unit from above where you could not get outside or open your balcony door. The dirty water was spraying with the wind so you could not sit or dry your towels on the balcony. Major renovation and repairs are needed urgently. Otherwise, the staff members are all very kind and nice. Except, the guy called Baris. He is negative and intending puns all the time. You can feel his negative energy even if when he is smiling. I tried to avoid him as much as I could

Tuba hanım ,Yorumunuzu okuyunca gerçekten hayal kırıklığına uğradım.size uygulanan esneklik kimseye uygulanmadı madem temizlik ve kapılar kötüydü niçin 1 ay konakladınız son zamanlarda hergün çıkış yapıp geri geldiğiniz için resepsiyon departmanının işini zorlaştırmıştınız çünkü çıkış yapacaksınız diye odanızı başka geleceklere bloke yapıyorlardı.neyse böyle olmamalıydı bize zarar vermeyi başarmışsınız ama tesis olarak bu yorumu kabul etmiyoruz çünkü niyet farklı malesef.

It would be a nice improvement to have window screens to allow fresh air at night without mosquitos getting in.

The room is too small, too old. airconditionor didn't work properly.
