"The hotel was in a great location on the canal and along the path of the city walking tour. The hotel was decorated with hundreds of outstanding paintings-it was like a very good art gallery.

was elegant and complete. We were disappointed with our check in experience. The receptionist made us wait for over five minutes while she was on a hotel business (NOT guest related) call. We then needed to really push her to get the room which we had requested. There were also loud music...
