The location was amazing.. the ambiance was soothing and the service was great. The only downside was the menu. Limited but what was on offer was good

Nice Environment
Posted 25 Nov 2017 on OrbitzVery nice overall environment, fantastic service, nice lake, walk ways, and an organic farm to witness. Lots of birds flying about, very serene. Room comfort: beds are comfortable, chairs also, thougj front heavy can tip over. Also, bathroom door is like 5ft high, gotta be a little careful. Shower pressure is very low. But otherwise, it is a nice place to be at. Green lighting of the lake is a little odd, but thats minor.

Posted 7 Sep 2018Albergo pazzesco immerso nella natura. Camere immerse nelle piantagioni di tè , ristorante sul lago e personale cordiale rendono questo hotel unico.

Pros: The staff was very nice and helpful and the premises were beautiful.
Cons: No mosquito net on the extra bed. We were billed double for the rooms and had to show the printout of the booking to prove the agreed rates.
Nice hotel with very friendly staff and beautiful location.
