"The apartment is well located and vonvenient - it's a 8 minute walk to the Hakata Station. It is true to description but well equipped especially thd kitchen. Thr bathroom was excellent as it's modern and thr ling bath is superb. Management was super helpful and responsive to every query andvrequest we made. Value for money. "

"Great if u want more space. Max 4 adults. Comfortable beds, good heat, wifi, water pressure, relatively quiet. Fridge and kitchen a plus. Canalside and cinvenience store very close. Only minuses are 15 minute walk to nakasu subway stop which is tough with bigger luggage. Beware check in ends at 11pm was not noted and we lost a night’s stay. Support staff on the “help” calls do not pick up—ever. We tried many times to speak to someone to no Avail. Useless."

"The property is great for families, with ample space. It's only a few minutes walk to local bus to get to Hakata Station which is about 10 minutes away. There is no manned checkin, just a do it yourself process which was ok. No one to help order taxis or assist with issues with room such as no knives or cooking items like a saucepan. Overall we were happy with it, is better than staying in a small hotel room."

"간단한 조리(간편식)정도 하고싶었는데 조리도구, 수세미나 주방세제가 없어서 포기 (작은 냄비하나, 물컵4개, 인덕션, 커피포트가 전부) 컵라면 물 끓이는 정도는 가능하겠으나 남은 음식물 처리가 어려울 듯 하여 아무것도 조리 하지 않음 전체적으로 룸 컨디션 정말 좋았으나 샤워룸에서 하수구냄새 올라와서 냄새에 예민한 나는 건조 포기하고 문 꼭꼭 닫고 생활했음 세탁기있어서 캡슐세제 가져갔으나 세탁기 먼지제거(청소)가 안되어있어서 검은 빨래에 붙어나옴 건조기능이 있지만 우리나라 건조기와 다르니 널어서 말리는 것을 추천하지만 빨래줄이나 옷걸이 넉넉히 챙겨가시길. (기본 옷걸이 4개 있음) 그러나 이 모든걸 따져봐도 위치도 탁월하고 가격까지 좋아서 다음 후쿠오카 방문에도 MK호텔 이용할것임!"

"I had a terrible experience. I arrived with three kids and my elderly parents, tired at 8 pm. There was no receptionist. The doors of the hotel were closet and all the instructions to check in were in Japanese. The check in process required to call a Japanese land line. I couldn’t call because my e-sim only allowed calls through WhatsApp or FaceTime. I had to borrow a phone from a person that was passing by. "The property is attached to a mall which caters for tax free shopping which is great. Also those who are card collectors there was a shop a few hundred meters on the river from the hotel. There is a water show each day the doesn’t finish until 10pm so it not a place to stay if you want quiet."

"A very nice hotel. Room is not very big but somehow felt spacious, especially comparing with topical Japanese hotel rooms. The front deck lady was super nice and helpful. Breakfast has high rating, but I found was OK. Love the lobby and the wall paper in the room, which make the hotel special."
