Hallways smelt poorly, carpets are stained throughout the facility. We got the 4 person japanese room (only 2 in the room) and it was adeqaute for us. Outdoor tub included with room can only hold two people, food included with half board was buffet style and wasn't very good, however had a decent selection of western, japanese and chinese cuisines.

The was absolutely no access to the internet either in the rooms or the public areas. I also was bitten by a bed bug from the extra bedding in the room cupboard. This hotel is fine for family groups and those who like regimented experiences but not for travellers wanting an more memorable onsen experience

They gave us smoking room although we booked non-smoking room. We asked to change the room as my partner has asthma but they kept saying that there is no room available. In the end, they changed our room but it took manager to come to check and there was no apology.

Posted 14 Oct 2019 on HotelsStaff is very friendly and helpful. Room is big. Onsen is good. Buffet breakfast and dinner are all good. Super NESs are free for use. A big monga room and kids play area make my children happy. I will come back here again.

Nice facility with adequate amenities. Short distance from the train station, staff were friendly but limited with English. Breakfast & diner consisted just enough amount of Japanese healthy dishes but non beef dishes. Love the alcohol perk. The room well equipped & clean. Overall, satisfied with my one night stay.
