Time for an upgrade of facilities

Hotel needs some pizazz. Getting old and tired. Same decor for many years now. Poor outdoor lighting and on-site parking almost impossible . Staff very friendly and kitchen staff especially so. Highlights are breakfast is bountiful. Ventilation is open swim area should be approved and someone needs to monitor pool seating to stop guests from leaving towels but never lay or sit not allowing other guests to secure seating

Great Spa in Saaremaa

Очень красивый отель-спа. Чистые номера,красивый интерьер,отличный завтрак+холодное шампанское! Удобные кровати и подушки. Единственное, что халаты цвета очеь уставшей старой розы.Если Спа поменяет их на новые,будет замечательно. Из всех Спа на Сааремаа- этот лучший! Рекомендуем!

+ Location and food in restaurant. - Spa needs renovation, roof is dropping down, tiles going off. Breakfast room is all in mold, hardly could breath

Standard room is very small with no air conditioner, but with a fan standing on a chair and when it is ON, it creates a lot of noise... There is a bathrobe in a room, but no single-use slippers (you should pay for them extra, that is kind of strange) No lockers for hotel guests in SPA. However, SPA itself is good.
