We stayed 1 week here. When we entered the room, the floor was dirty. Frequently, they did not provide towels unless you asked. When called for towels at 9 pm, they asked to wait until 10 pm due to unavailability of the towels. Twice, the water ran out because of shut electricity. When we called to complain, the phone also did not work. The room was actually quite nice and spacious for the price. However, due to the poor service, I would not recommend to stay here unless all the hotels were full.

Modern, clean and easy

Pros: The new facilities and the safety that I felt staying there.
Cons: The staff need to improve their English language skills. It is marketing itself to a western market, so they need to expect more English speakers.
Location: The hotel is mid way between the airport and the city, just off the main road. It is near shops and about 10 minutes by transport to the Lippo Mall.
This hotel provides everything you want without any frills or fuss. It has a streamlined approach to providing accommodation. I missed having a fridge in the room, but this seems to be an additional extra not expected within this culture. Overall, the hotel was clean, fresh and very well maintained.

A great budget hotel. The employees lack initiative but very friendly. Located next to a hypermart. The room is clean and comfortable .

空港から車で10分、快適なホテル

Pros: 清潔さ
空港と街の中心部のほぼ中間にあります。 すぐ隣りがハイパーマート、その向かいがKFC。 しかし、それ以外何もありません。車がない人には、ちょっと不便なロケーションです。 ホテルは新しくてきれいです。朝食もまあまあ。プールもあり。
