"Simply put - the two cave onsen at this hotel are fantastic. And indeed, there are several other onsen pools to choose from too. I was lucky to go when the sea was quite rough, and sitting at the front of the cave onsen, soaking in the hot spring while watching the waves breaking on the rocks outside was a really soul satisfying experience. This resort has the most beautiful coastal views in Japan, from your room (we got a beautiful view of the bay in the Nagisakan-wing of the resort) and from the beautiful cavern-hot springs. I've never been to a hot spring along the Pacific Ocean, let alone one in a huge cave along the cliffside overlooking the ocean!...
