"This hotel is walking distance from the train station. It is in a commercial/ neighborhood for locals so about 30 mins from dontonburi that’s with the walking to the train station which is 7-10 min slow walk and 5 min when your arrive to dontonburi station so not riding for 30 mins. Staff was great and helpful due to the snow storm my luggage didn’t arrive for a couple of days this is when I was staying in Kyoto. However, once getting to karaksa they were able to get in contact with the luggage service and when I had heard from them in the morning and went out for the day saw a note on my table once I returned. They had also called the room to let us know the luggage was at reception. The breakfast was great, they also have a great shower. Be aware that the tubs are smaller than US tubs so 5’11” and taller you can’t fully extend your legs at least not comfortably, but that was the case at all my hotels in Japan. Toilet is in a separate room which is very. There is no cafe or bar lounge. They do have a beverage dispenser for coffee and sodas. The walls are a bit thin I could hear my neighbors in the next room time to time. I was on the 19th floor and the view was exquisite!! Beautiful mountains ranges in the distance sunrise and sunset looked amazing"

"I loved staying at this property! It had so many amazing amenities in addition to the onsen like the free late night ramen, all day ice cream, and morning yogurt drinks! There was a wide spread of items at the breakfast buffet for a great price. The tatami mat feature throughout the hotel was also so unique. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would come back to this hotel next time!"
