Stayed a couple of days with parents.
Everyone working there were kind and very helpful.
Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean and very comfortable, spa was a bonus!!
Loved our stayed and definitely will be back when visiting Osaka.

The rooms were relatively small. Staffs and services were quite good.

The 'welcome drinks' a great touch & variety of choice excellent.
Fabulous breakfast.
Super helpful staff considering I don't speak Japanese.
