The place was disgusting. Very dirty, had bugs on the bed, mold all in the bathroom. Didnt even stay there. Had to go to different hotel for that night. Set us back half the day lioking for another room last minute. Horrible Horrible Horrible

Dear Aisha,We are sorry to learn about your negative experience, and we want to express our specific concern that we fell short of the standard of service you were expecting based on your review rating.We want to clear the air by denying that the bed in our hotel was bug-infested and that it was dirty. It is very wrong to make remarks like those, which are utterly incorrect. In order to clear the air, you actually did not stay at the accommodation because there was an issue with your reservation (one that ended up as a double booking). The background to the incident is that you had previously stayed with us and were insistent on booking specific rooms. In this case, those accommodations were already reserved, so we kindly offered you an alternative, which you declined. That undoubtedly sparked your resentment and wrath, which led to your outburst. We sincerely apologise for not providing you and your friends with the particular accommodations you requested and promise not to have this repeated..After hearing about your unhappiness with the staff, we'll make every effort to ensure that service standards are raised particularly with specific room request. As a courtesy, anytime you come to Kumasi, we will provide you two days of free accommodation. We sincerely hope you'll give us another chance to welcome you and that your subsequent stay with us will meet all of your needs. Thanks a lot

Stayed over a week here. Most of the staff very helpful, especially in the restaurant. The in-house restaurant had excellent food and service there was great. The wifi was spotty at best, kept going down. Water periodically stopped working, but staff always got it going again right away. Room not large, but functional. Decent pool.

Great food and environment

The hotel had very good service and the food was very tasty. There was a mix up with our rooms and booking however it was sorted after enquiring. Very calm atmosphere and I’ll definitely return.

Stay Away!

Pros: Some of the staff were ok
Cons: To be more truthful about what the hotel has and what they provide
Location: Because the hotel was so far from the airport and city, there was really no place of excitement around.
We lodged at this hotel at the end of Nov 2017 and we were not satisfied. Right from the airport, they did not fulfill their promise of free shuttle from the airport. We had to pay almost 90 Cedes to get to the hotel. They did not even apologize for this or find a way to refund our money. Also, the distance from the airport to the hotel advertised was not true. It took about an hour to get to the hotel from the airport. In the morning, there was no water while I was taking my bath. They told us that they have to pressure the water from the borehole in order to get water to the room. Pressure of the water was so low.

Dear Rhoja, Thank you for your stay with us. We sorry to hear about the mix up with you shuttle pick up. As we communicated via email or earlier on the day of your arrival, the shuttle team took your arrival time as midnight. That obviously resulted in our inability to pick you from the airport. Sorry for the mix up again. On the distance to the airport, as you would appreciate the current roadworks have been a reason for the undue delays and traffic. Ordinarily, it should take max of 20 to 30 minutes to get to our end without the road works and its associated traffic condition. To this we would want to offer you a free shuttle and free accommodation for 2 on your next visit to Kumasi. Again thank you for your stay with us.
