Something of a nightmare!
Posted 12 Dec 2021 on HotelsYou book with Hotel.com and pay in advance. Then the hotel tells you they don’t have those rooms available. So there is extra to pay. Then they say they haven’t received money from Hotels.com so I was asked to pay them. Naturally I refused to pay twice. Eventually they agreed I should just pay the extra. After wasting a whole morning of trying to sort out this fiasco, I reluctantly paid the extra. The room had a balcony. Unfortunately the door to this had been left open for numerous mosquitos to share the room!

Terrible. I had reserved a double room which they never had such in their facility but advertised it. Had speak with the manager who’s in Sweden Ei tried to talk me into accepting one of their small rooms which I refused . They refused to refund me . They crooks because they tried manipulating me to pay again after I had paid on Expedia . Wouldnt recommended this for any traveler they gon stress you out.

We still thank you for choosing us. We are sorry you were not happy with our rules. The staff did all what they could to make your stay comfortable. They never in any way tried to charge you sir. We will all be better of if the truth is told. You chose to go away and is unrefundable booking.

Poor customer service. Said they couldn't find a booking under my name and then had me pay more than the booking suggested despite showing them the email confirmation.
Apart from this issue the hotel is noisy, unclean (stains on bedsheets), and is situated down an unsavoury unpaved road, which feels unsafe especially in the dark.

It could have helped a lot if you had given your name, date of arrival and departure. We always try and take good care of our guests. You could have explained if the noise is at the hotel or it, s surroundings.
We changed our bedsheets everyday. Our room attendants do good cleaning and keep our rooms neat.
We would have appreciated it more if you had complained to us here.

The buliding is nice but inside is very bad. No wifi for 24hours during my stay

The network I am using their service is having problem so Pls the customer is not always right if there is a problem we cannot control. What was bad about the inside? Sorry we could not meet your expectations.

Wonderful reception
