A few words: the staff are very pleasant, the place is clean and the free-access massage chairs are incredible.

The smile hotel was in walking distance from the train station and tram stop the staff were so friendly

Check in hotel staff not friendly. Room very dirty. Noisy and very small room. Near the train railway. But bed are comfortable.

The room waa clean. Toilet is abit small though.

Nice Stay at smile hotel

Pros: Hotell staff were very kind and easy-going persons
Cons: Facilities for families like a bed for baby.
Location: Kumamoto Castle but still under construction
the hotel in overall is good but it is only suitable for couples, not a family. The room is too narrow and doesn't include any facilities for babies.
