Not as nice as picture. We had the ground level room, and not very clean. Clumbs and hair stuck in the gap between bed and wall. Breakfast is just yoghurt or egg sandwich, abit disappointed.
Handy to have kitchenette and washing machine though.

I booked the two bunk beds for 3 adults and 3 children. The beds are comfortable but the room is small. Some areas of the room are not very clean too. The housekeeping only comes in after 3 nights.

Just like many other reviews have mentioned that this is a very minimalist hotel. There is limited staff at this location and so if you are just staying for one night, it is probably ok. But for longer stay, you probably want to look into a more traditional full service hotel. Also, the AC in our room and just when we were about to check out, our AC unit starts dripping water and almost got our luggage wet :-(

The room has the washing machine and mini kitchen which is convenient and useful to us during the stay

The staff is very nice and helpful. The room is a bit small comparing to what it looks during booking. The air con takes time to cool the room. Overall is satisfactory.
