"A wonderfully cozy little place, very clean and sufficiently furnished, and definitely cheap. The flat had a small sort of a porch in front of it, with a table and chairs where you could sit and relax. There’s small pool that was open even at night. The staff were polite and helpful. "Got a room with two beds, but quality was poor, but clean so we could rest which was the only good thing about the property. And the host was nice. The bathroom was a wet room, which is fine, but the shower handle was broken, so literally no place to keep the shower head. The sink shelf was so slanted that it was useless and we had no place to keep a toothbrush, toothpaste, or any other toiletries. "Nice and modern feel upon entry with lots of space. It is very clean. Decoration is cool and modern. The property has a decent size and shape swimming pool. Location is high up so there is a sliver of sea views through the rapidly developing concrete jungle of Akyaka. The man I spoke with on the phone was friendly, polite and helpful.The porter he sent to help with the luggage saw me at the top door to the property and instead of coming up there to help, he waved at me to come down to him with...

"Arrived before check in time but reception very helpful and allowed us to use facilities before actual check in time. Very busy and quite noisy around pool area. Staff very helpful and friendly. Personally music around pool too noisy but younger visitors enjoyed Food at bar and breakfast good choice and good quality. Problem with drink choices which had run down and awaiting delivery. Overall enjoyed our short stay"

"Big change , this was a really nice hotel , nice clientele, older and quiet , great service. This year , loud brash , very pushy to buy drinks , eat there , young staff now doing to loud dance , tacky entertainment.., It’s self catering apartments, truly appalling kitchen equipment, asked bar for ice , they said they can’t give ice , no ice machine. They supply one toilet roll .. it’s a 4 star !!! It’s absolutely not , they are so cheap and penny pinching Hotel cleaning staff are amazing "

Would not stay again.

"Got a room with two beds, but quality was poor, but clean so we could rest which was the only good thing about the property. And the host was nice. The bathroom was a wet room, which is fine, but the shower handle was broken, so literally no place to keep the shower head. The sink shelf was so slanted that it was useless and we had no place to keep a toothbrush, toothpaste, or any other toiletries. There was no place to even keep the soap without it sliding and falling off. The hooks in the bathroom were also useless, so there was no place to hang the towel after taking a shower. For the price, I have stayed in much better places. If this is your budget and nothing else in Marmaris can fit, go to Fethiye and fine a similar or more relaxed environment for better accommodations in the same budget range."
