"It was one lovely, lovely stay! We chose the Family Villa (1st floor), rooms are large. The serenity was commendable with music from running visible spring water beneath a balcony, accommodation was clean. The resort also had nice grassed walkways. BBQ dinner was in a small hut by spring side and costed mere BDT 500 (USD 6.5 approx) per person, which was amazing value for money. "Why do you sell for such property with whom you don’t have any agreement. My booking with you for this property was denied saying that they don’t have any such booking and they don’t work with Travelocity. I suggest that you stop selling for them immediately. And of course reimburse the charges you did on my card as I had to stay elsewhere at the last moment and pay for that."

"We really liked our stay here and we were very well looked after. We had booked 3 rooms as a family and as it was during the protests/riots recently the hotel was practically empty so we got the pick of the rooms. Sanzina at reception really looked after us and made sure we had everything we needed. The rest of the staff were very accommodating aswell especially the guy who cleaned my room as he made sure I had 3 towels everyday & just got me whatever I needed. I had the corner room which had two big windows which I liked (I am claustrophobic) so wouldn’t have wanted a room with no or small windows. Breakfast was generally good, I would however recommend more fruit and/or healthier foods ie wholemeal chapatti. Just a few minor points, there is a damp smell in some areas which the hotel is trying to sort out, but it is a hot humid country so probably difficult, maybe tiled flooring would be better. I would also recommend having creamer or milk in the rooms for tea/coffee, maybe change up the variety at breakfast a bit more as we were there for 10 nights and the brekkie got a bit boring albeit there was a good selection. Overall a great hotel, probably the best in the area and we all felt at home and the staff looked after us very well."
