Generally a very good hotel. However Wi-Fi only worked with a special code and Hilton honours link did not work. Also there was dust in some areas in the cupboard. Rest of the room was fine. I had a river facing room and the views were amazing. Excellent location.

We have a Premium King bed river view that’s 5* All the staff are pleasant and exceed in every way. Laundry service is very good. The gym is 5* all brand new equipment. The only complaint is that Expedia did not put on there App that the pool is out of order due to being refurbished.

Fantastic one night stay, staff were extremely helpful and even though the property was undergoing some renovation work was being done every effort was made to ensure that this didn’t impact any aspect of the stay

Had a lovely stay at the Hilton Kuching. The hotel is recently renovated and very clean. The staff are understanding and professional. Special thanks to Ivan at the front desk for allowing us to check in early, which gave us the chance to freshen up before our afternoon tour.

Pool area under renovations .. you should ask 1st

Entire pool area under renovation, sure, i was allowed to use the pool at the pullman up the road but its not the same .. cannot use their towels, charge drinks to the room etc .. how is this scam allowed to go on? Hotels not revealing their construction works before booking? You want to post pics of the nice amenities.. you should provide the nice amenities.
