Very near to waterfront kuching... very2 near to banking area... very close to food baverages and laundry's shop is nearest too

There is a little smell of smoke in the room and Can hear the outside sound.

Pros: clean room. fast check in. spacious room.
Cons: add more tv channels. provide more wifi coverage.
Location: RJ ayam bakar restaurant. kuching waterfront. shopping mall. big kucing statue. walkable to topspot restaurant.
its an old hotel but still in good shape. room spacious and clean. quiet and room utilities good. bed comfort and air-con working good and cool. cross street to a delicious restaurant RJ Ayam Bakar which serve awesome ayam bakar in town. walking distance to kuching waterfront. easy access to every where.

Great base for Kuching

It's not particularly luxurious but the staff were really helpful when we wanted to leave our bags there, the room was a good size and had a decent bathroom. A good location for getting around town. Pretty quiet so you get a good nights sleep and lots of good places to eat nearby! Go to the cafe over the road for a delicious breakfast!
