"The property is good. Friendly and excellent staff. Nice breakfast. Indoor pool was awesome. The only drawback was food at the end of the day. Gojek had a tough time getting drivers to deliver food because the place was kind of remote. Nothing to do with the property "

"I had a good stay at this villa. The host was absolutely amazing—highly responsive and so helpful. The villa itself was exactly as pictured, with a serene and picturesque setting that truly captures the essence of Ubud. It’s also relatively close to town. "all over we enjoyed our stay the only thing i would like to mention mattress needs to be replaced it has a major dent in the centre so you basically fall into it sleeping on the edge didnt work either . As i hve sold beds for 20 years this was a bit of a downer "

"Road to this property is little confusing and steep, after 6pm when darkness hit, it will feel like little unsafe to go out for a walk, STAFF is really nice they try to help you in the way that they can understand. "This is the most beautiful setting imaginable! The view of the jungle rain Forrest from our room balcony was breathtaking with the sounds of birds, crickets and other wildlife. The art, service, room, were all of the highest quality! Be aware that the pathways between reception and restaurant and room are very steep. The hotel is very happy to take you from place to place via golf carts, though. The nature of this setting is remote, so there is not other restaurants within walking distance. The hotel has a shuttle to town. It is truly a jewel for a remote but luxurious getaway. We will be back and stay longer!"

"Beautiful facilities and grounds. The attention to detail in every corner of the rooms and resort is impeccable. The staff are so extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The food was prepared perfectly and everything we ate here over our 3 day stay was delicious. The information available at every stop along your walk through the park is so helpful and we learned so much about the amazing creatures that call this little slice of heaven, home. Much gratitude to the staff and Elephants for this once in a lifetime experience!!!"

"Well managed property with beautiful rooms. Very well trained stuff. We had to leave earlier due an unseen even and they refunded us which was really appreciated. 5 start service. Other hotels we stay in Bali did not have as well trained 5 start personal. "
