Hello. Today is already 3rd day and I am still waiting for my refund as 1st booking didn’t go through but my money was deducted from my account. 2nd booking was confirmed via phone. Please do the necessary thanks

Too expensive cause the hotel is just budget hotel. Need to upgrade the facilities of the hotel.
