The attention and assistance from all staff without exception was excellent.
The room was very nice, spacious and comfortable bed and good linen.
Shuttle bus great as not near any amenities.
Highly recommended👍

The service is a little rubbish, had to constantly ring for things like bath towel replacements, or re fill the bar fridge and they would forget and have to call again. While many speak english many times we was a difficult exchange because they were difficult to understand. However the venue is nice, but they do need to improve the internet speed as it was very average and sometimes barely worked at all. Rooms need a refurb, many are showing signs of wear and tear.

The hotel’s room is spacious and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, the location is not very ideal. It is not convenient for me to walk to the shopping area.
