Property location was excellent and facilities were good. However, this was offset by sleepless nights due to horrific traffic noises that could be heard even on the 33rd FL! 33A above us were also inconsiderate people rearranging furtniture and crashing about at 2AM in the morning. Additionally the owner of 33-03 gave us a defective TV and did not change it even after our complaints.
Property maybe good value with a good location but save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. Shame as it has all the elements of being a great serviced apartment and near Little India and Bansgar station.

This property lacked hot water, the shower was clogged, and the check in information had typos regarding Wi-Fi access. There were zero amenities aside from soap/shampoo/toilet paper but was not stocked sufficiently for more than a 2 day stay. Not to mention they don’t have a front desk and require a deposit which Expedia and my bank flagged as a dangerous and fraudulent transaction. Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had particularly for the astronomical price relative to competitors.

Good location, and clean room. Services were below average . Washing machine didn’t work from day one. Reported and someone attended and confirmed its faulty but never reported or replaced. Had to use public laundry every day. The only word from the property management was ‘sorry’ .

Upset with service
Posted 11 Dec 2019 on HotelsIt was bad. We had to wait very long before someone come down to pass all the keys. It stated here that credit card deposit is accepted but we were asked to make deposit with cash. Not only that, we need to hold to room key which sometimed work and sometimes does not, when we scanned at the lift. There is also another red card for security purposes. So in total, we held on to 2 room cards, 1 security card and 1 parking card, which is too much of a hassle. The 2 room cards are our preference for our convenience but i wonder if they can do better to consolidate the room keys/card and security card together as different places require different cards to enter. Our shower hose is also spoilt from first day, thought we can bear with it till check out and didnt make much of it. We reported it on the 2nd last day, only to realise no one attended to it once we return to the apartment. We were out for almost 12 hours and no one rectified it. They only replied sorry their maintenance already out of shift. There was no courtesy call to apologise at all. Deeply disaappointed in our stay. We wont return again.

Place is good. The stairs up to the bed area is very narrow. Not easy for people with mobility issue.

Excellent Appartment You won’t go wrong
Posted 1 Sep 2019 on HotelsThis was one of the best deals and place I could think of staying in.. sleeps easily 6 adults 3x couples.. we stayed two night but will be looking a more on our next return to Malaysia...
I strongly suggest if you have a group that all get on together don’t pay for 3 rooms when you can have it all and a lot more for the price of one...
This is just unbelievable for the security and service along with value of money!
