Noisy inside the building

Since arriving stayed in many hotels, this is the only place asked me to pay a tourist tax MR 60, air conditioner not working 7 days booked left in 4 days.

Lights and aircond in common areas off. Exterior is shabby. Staff is unfriendly. Not convinced that bedding was fresh on arrival.

The property is dated. There is no safe in the room. It is very close to the monorail, but the monorail and MRT only run til 1130. The staff is good and for money the room was fine. I would stay closer to Bukit Bintang next time
